If you manage to see the clip, it is only the quick reactions of Donncha O'Callaghan to move his head otherwise the elbow was aimed directly for his eye! Which could have resulted in the most serious of injures.
So our question, because the opponent managed to move in time from an intentional elbow aimed at his eye and because he showed remorse, is a 3 week ban sufficient or should the ban take into account what the intention was in the first place?
